I reserve the rights to decline a commission, whether it be due to belief of being unable to do the character justice or for my own personal comfort.

Unless specified otherwise, I may showcase the art I have done for you in my own personal portfolio or on social media once the final piece has been confirmed. Please let me know if you would be uncomfortable with this, or if it's okay granted you have anonymity.

Do not trace or use my art for profit. Printing for personal use (stickers as an example) is completely fine and you don't need to ask for my permission, I'd love to see it!

Use in minting or as a NFT is not allowed in any cases.

All commissions are in USD and processed via Paypal invoices- unless a payment plan is agreed upon beforehand, commissions must be paid in full by the time the sketch is finalized.

Edits to the design including species, color, markings, are all okay. You are free to edit my work of the original adopt only once you've obtained the design, but please keep the original file(s) as I may be unable to provide you or any future owners with a copy.

I ask that characters that have been purchased are only resold for the price they were obtained for, unless additional art has been commissioned or created by the owner, in which case they may sell for the price obtained + price of additional art.

In the case of my design having previously been traded/gifted, I prefer that they continue to be traded only. The only exception to this is if you, as the current owner, have personally put money into them via commissions or personal art.

I require a digital reference, outside of customs I will not work off description alone. Digital collages of what you had in mind are strongly welcomed if you don't have a full reference!

You are welcome to contact me at any time to ask for progress. I always send the initial sketch for approval before continuing to line and color, but can provide additional screenshots if necessary.

The only exceptions to the above are customs and references: they are worked on in close collaboration with the commissioner unless I'm specifically allowed these liberties!

The sketch and lining phase are where fixes should be requested, any major changes past those phases (such as the pose) may incur in a minor fee.

For custom commissions specifically, you may request a full refund at any stage of the commission but I retain the rights to the the design and may sell or auction it.

Aside from custom commissions, I do not do full refunds if a commission is already halfway completed. For sketches, this means if we've already finalized the sketch- for other pieces this can mean if I've already begun coloring. You will receive a partial refund reflective of the work done and approved.

The exception being that if I take over three months maximum and failed to inform you of any delays, I will gladly refund you in full no matter what stage of the commission I've reached.
